the room was not only chilly, but the dirty sheets I found, complete with hairs and a nail, just made my day! I almost left a good review if I didn't have to constantly hear the air conditioning from neighboring rooms, and don't get me started on the coffee and pastry breakfast. simply dismal.

The view from the room offered a slice of the city that definitely added a unique charm to the stay, making you feel connected to the hustle and bustle of the place. Plus, it was spacious enough to move around comfortably, which is a plus when you’re just passing through.
The room was quite dated. paint was peeling off the walls, and the floor could use a good cleaning as I found a few stray hairs that didn't belong to me. it felt like many areas were neglected, affecting the overall experience.

A Bumpy Stay but with a Silver Lining
The room needed attention, but the staff's initial unresponsiveness left me with ample time to explore nearby cafes. Be prepared for a wait upon arrival—they'll clean rooms only after your arrival. Check-in times can be strict. plan accordingly to avoid delays.

A great stay with friends! We loved the cozy atmosphere and the lovely balcony vibes. The location made it super easy to hit the Port of Naples for some sightseeing and enjoy local cafes. Plus, breakfast vouchers for nearby pastries were fantastic for starting our days right!
We found that the pillows needed replacement, which affected our sleep quality during our stay.

good location, but tricky check-in process
The location is very near to Napoli Central Station, making it convenient for exploring. The room space and bathroom size were big, which added comfort to our stay. I enjoyed the lovely city view, enhancing our experience completely.
The check-in process involves a phone call, which can be awkward.

The breakfast tickets for a yummy espresso and croissant at the nearby café really added a nice touch to my mornings, and I loved relaxing on my quiet balcony after a busy day. There’s a great vibe for chilling out, whether it’s enjoying some downtime in the cozy lounge or taking a stroll in the surrounding area. Just a heads up, the streets can get a bit noisy early in the morning, but it didn’t spoil my stay at all! ☕
